Back by popular demand, this in-depth course includes ten (10) one-hour sessions on different aspects of your online presence and how to protect it. Regardless of your experience level, this program is designed to help you better connect with your audience and customers. You will learn step by step how to build a strong brand, establish realistic expectations, grow your audience, produce better quality content, explore advertising opportunities, protect your image, and manage your virtual presence effectively.

The Curriculum:
1) Branding – The TOMA (Top of Mind Awareness) Effect
Building a strong foundation is the key to growing an online presence. The first step in this process is Branding and understanding its role in the TOMA Effect. In this session we help break down the three fundamentals of virtual branding and how to create and implement the TOMA effect step by step.
2) Creating a Virtual Fingerprint – 4 Basic Principles
Establishing a virtual presence is the next step to elevating your brand. Navigating through all the options can be overwhelming because there are so many avenues to choose from. In this session we review four basic principles for creating a cohesive virtual fingerprint and start the process of protecting your virtual veil.
3) How to Plan and Balance Your Online Image – Be Intentional
Grow your image with confidence by setting the right expectation and developing your unique style. In this session we continue to develop your image and explore the basics of creating a system of growth and balance.
4) How to Centralize Information – Keep it Simple
Managing information is the key to sustaining a long-term presence. In this session we explore different platforms to keep, share, and archive all your data in one centralized location.
5) The Importance of Identity Protection – Knowledge is Power
Protecting your identity, documents, client information, media, and reputation are all legitimate concerns when creating a virtual fingerprint. In this session two very special guests share more about the dangers that lurk online and the resources available to help protect us.
6) Quarterly Check Up – An Ounce of Prevention
Now that you have built a foundation, it’s time to talk about maintenance. In this session we discuss the common ways cybercrimes happen and how to create some roadblocks for them.
7) How to Use Technology Effectively – Working Smarter
In today’s technology driven world there is an app or program for practically any purpose. This session explores digital options that can help you produce better quality content and manage your virtual presence effectively.
8) Content Creation Secrets – Level Up Your Image
Variety and creativity are the key to engaging your audience. In this session you will learn how to use the most common media tools to grow your reach and encourage audience interactions.
9) Advertising – Casting a Wide Net
Attracting new customers and audience engagement is unique depending on your immediate and long term needs. In this session we match your goals with the advertising option that best fits your expectations, budget, and resources.
10) Connecting and Collaborating – Building Relationships
No matter the variety of virtual options available to market your brand, one rule remains constant, those who connect the best have more success! Our last session will help you begin to build strong long-lasting relationships with your audience and customers. To finish off our time together, we have a special guest to share her wisdom as a successful virtual entrepreneur.
