Wealth Building Boot Camp

Las Comadres University

Attention: Comadres, Latinas and our families!

LATINAS AND LATINOS BUILDING WEALTH: A Boot Camp

Do you have $10 a month to invest and not the first clue of how to do it successfully?

The statistics are clear:

Julie Stav author of Get Your Share Too

Julie Stav author of Get Your Share

  • Due to divorce, widowhood or simply by choice, 9 out of 10 women will have to take care of our own finances at some point in our lives
  • Historically, women are better investors than men–A recent study reported by Morningstar, states that women earn higher returns than men in their investments
  • Nowadays, with the help of a computer or a hand-held device, it is possible to buy and sell stocks from practically anywhere
  • And yet, proportionately, women do not tend to invest in the stock market or for their futures

That is why I am conducting a series of six monthly webinar classes that will teach women how to invest successfully in the market. Think of it as an investment “Boot Camp” for women (and their families), that don’t have time to get a Ph.D. on finance, but still need to put their money to work for them.

My Easy-to-follow “recipe”

By the end of the six two-hour sessions, participants will:

  1. Be able to define what their individual money personality is, and which investment types suites them best
  2. Learn how to use the most helpful and user-friendly free websites available today to evaluate, choose and track your investments
  3. Learn what to buy, when to buy, and when to sell a stock
  4. Learn how to form investment educational clubs that will provide a fun and interactive way to continue fostering your investment education
  5. Become a successful and profitable investor by learning some simple but powerful money-making techniques

These classes will be streamed and archived online for convenient future viewing for all registered participants.

These WEBINARS will take place on the following time and dates *subject to change at this time*, beginning in April: 10:00 a.m. PST
April 26 | May 24 | June 28 | July 26 | August 23 | Sept 27

This is why I am conducting a series of six monthly classes that will teach mujeres how to invest successfully in the market.

Attendees will receive a free copy of Julie Stav’s new book, Get Your Share Too, which will be used as the textbook for the course. An easy to follow workbook will also be provided for download.

By way of regular chats and forums, Julie will be in contact with the participants via the Internet on a weekly basis to answer questions and follow up on homework assignments and virtual investments. There will also be opportunities to form or join a virtual or local investment educational club with the help of Julie and her staff of experts in the field.

The cost for all six sessions, including textbook and workbook, will be $199.00 for Comadres and affiliate organizations and $249.00 for non-Comadres and Compadres.
