Exhibitor/Vendor Registration

The 2015 World Wide Comadrazo℠ celebrates “El Quince” our 15th Anniversary Celebration–Exposition & Gala. If you aren’t already a Comadre, it’s not too late to join—you must be a Comadre to participate.

There is a separate participant registration form for Comadres who are attending but not exhibiting. One (1) individual registration is included in the Exhibitor/Vendor Registration. All individuals working at your booth must also be registered for the Comadrazo℠.

Your table

You may showcase a current business and/or a business you are considering. You may sell products or take orders. Home-based businesses of large companies, for example, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Beauty Control, etc. will need to coordinate sharing a booth with other vendors for the same company. 6′ Length x 30″ Deep
2 chairs
Plastic cover, Table name plate
Water/Meals (included in Registration)
No banners will be allowed beside or behind the exhibitor table that blocks the view from the exhibit floor. Only table height banners are allowed.

You can now pay with your credit card via PayPal once you have registered, we will send you an invoice. A link will be provided on your invoice to pay for your Exhibitor/Vendor Registration.

Table sharing

You may share your table with other vendor(s). If you are planning to share a table, please let us know in the comments section of the exhibitor form. You may reserve only one (1) table. The primary vendor (person registering) must pay the entire fee at the time of Registration payment.

Your booth is not reserved until we receive your Registration payment.

Non-Profits

A nonprofit area will be provided for handouts and networking with interested parties for a $25.00 donation.
