Teresa Lara’s experience includes civic engagement, brand management, public relations, communications, and marketing.
Over the course of her career, she has gained a reputation as a convener, collaborator, and unifier – but most of all, as a change leader. She is frequently tapped to launch new ventures within established organizations due her ability to innovate, build lasting partnerships, and move major initiatives from conceptualization to success. She has served as a consultant to businesses and governments around the world.
Teresa holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from San Jose State University and a Masters in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
